Thank you for participating in the Library Effect Contest. By sharing your story, photo(s), video(s), or drawings ("Submission"), you contribute to the promotion and celebration of our library community. To use your Submission in our promotional activities, we need your consent.

Consent Details

By signing the entry form, you grant your local library ("Library") and Peace Library System ("PLS") the following permissions:

Use of Submission: You allow the Library and PLS to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your Submission in any media format (e.g., print, digital, social media) for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

Attribution: The Library and PLS will credit you by name when using your Submission unless you request anonymity.

Duration: This consent is granted indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

No Compensation: You acknowledge that your Submission is voluntary, and you will not receive any financial compensation for its use.

By signing the entry form, you confirm that:

1. You are the owner of the Submission and have the right to grant this permission.
2. Your Submission does not infringe on any third-party rights.
3. You agree to the terms outlined above.

Withdrawal of Consent
